Newgrounds.com — Everything, By Everyone.

So, everyone is apparently making posts on the new design, and I have not made a new post in two years, so I thought, why the hell not?

Aesthetics

It looks very good. Very good. I cannot say how good this looks. And the best thing? It doesn't rape my processor. And EVERYTHING that looks good on the internet tends to rape my processor. Everything. And I finally found an exception, and it makes me happy. You have no idea how surprised I was when I loaded newgrounds and it didn't cause Chrome to crash immediately. No idea.

Usefulness

Overall, it is much nicer, and much more simplified from the previous version, AND it is so much easier to alter my profile settings. CAUSE ALL THE BUTTONS ARE RIGHT FUCKING THERE. RIGHT. FUCKING. THERE. No idea how much I like that. No idea. The search bar is much more obvious, is much bigger, and YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO TO THE FUCKING ART/MUSIC PORTAL TO SEARCH FOR GODDAMN MUSIC/ART. HELL. FUCKING. YES. Oh, yeah, and the portal links themselves are more useful.

Weird Ass Changes

Now for the things I don't like. For example, there are no longer the very specific and helpful links just above the portal links. While I did not use them much, I will miss them. Also, the movies and games of the week/month at the bottom have changed, to be slightly less convenient. Also the front page changed quite a bit, and doesn't display the summaries next to them anymore :'(. But it does display the rankings without me having to wave the mouse over the movies, which is cool.

TL;DR

Overall, it looks cooler, is much more convenient in most ways, but convenience in other areas has gone down.
Overall, it's FLIPPING AWESOME.
